I’ve always been fascinated by how spending time in nature, proper nutrition and mindfulness can be healing. In September 2020, I want to offer 14 individuals to join me on a hiking and photography detox retreat in Nelson, BC. We will be staying in an all-inclusive luxurious health and wellness retreat and spa that not only takes care of your every need but also ensures you meet your health goals, improve tour fitness, connect with nature while improving your photography and unleashing your creativity. On this retreat you will relax fully and deeply, reduce your stress, reset your metabolism and detach completely from the outside world.

Program Overview :

The program is not a sit by the pool, put cucumbers on your eyes and sleep all day retreat. What the program accomplishes

Physical :

Changes body composition (increase muscle, lose weight/fat) by hiking 3-4 hrs daily and proper nutrition.
